the worst thing about deciding to diet insted of binging and purging is the fact that i can’t binge in the morning. I’ve never eaten after around 4 pm and the only thing that kept me going was my breakfast binge - now that i know I’ll be eating an apple then - it’s really hard.

new plan starting tomorrow - 60 days, 10 kg (possibly more). wish me luck!

You could make a schedule like per say
1cup lettuce =8 cals
And such
my limit for tomarrow is 200 cals I find it easy like this and post my progress on my blog . You may have already tried this but hey this just what I do let me know ur progress plz :)
